Get together 2007

What is it that stands with us , that we carry all our way ?
Memories stand along when everything has left us!(Though another being Hopes :) ) We were a batch of 60 when we joined Engineering in the year 2002 at SRSIT , and now jab we met on 22nd of Dec ,2007 , we were almost peaking the equivalent strength of about 30+ :) .The vaanara sena met after 1 and a half year of completion of Engg and the magnitude of madness & craze is very much self explanatory!
Each one wanted to shock the other by displaying as much enthusiasm as possible. Each wanted to surprise the other , have a deep chat .But....., these but-s ....Here , everyone except me reached in time by 10.30 AM at the college campus filled with greenery & 'peace' till then , only to find College authorities making it all a 'wonderful' alumni meeting !Stage from nowhere came in to limelight , mikes were organised for the students (that is , us) to share their experience , Princi ,administrative officer , placement officer ellaru nammana darshana kodakke prakatavaadaru !!And only we know how it tastes like , something we always wished to bunk!
So , done with all the labour .Everyone bore the pain.Then arrives this very me as the police in the movie sharp at 12.15 PM .I entered the college campus with a mixture of feelings , anxious , sad to be late , worried that everything was over , all gala time i missed .I missed the fun !!! But here what do I see ?? Everyone so happy , watching me coming now . I entered the auditorium thinking i am entering an official meeting , but wow!!!The stage is filled with my classmates , mike one of us holding, the distinguished guests seemed to have disappeared .Only the kapi galu seated on the honorary chairs !!! Wooooo! I ran , waving at my batchmates , hugging my dear friends , and jumped on to the stage to celebrate OUR day .All of us had fun now ."I arrived at the right time dear ", said to myself .Had some moments with each of us , cracked some pjs for which none of us missed laughing ! As time passed , we had lunch ,seated in the circumference of a circle formed by us .

Then came our favourite pastime , Cricket !! This is what brought us together in the past , and now ,also in the present .Formed 2 teams , aur chal diye . One team already decided to bat . But internally , the other team also decided to bat . We could see a batsman from each team readily standing !!! Confusions , hilarious , funny to face and be involved in it ! I bowled to a strong batsman by giving a dead ball ( 2 bounces). But what to do , my bad luck was quite good , it hit the wicket . He had to go . Everyone accepted gal's way of cricket without any rules ! I just loved this .Overthrow was allowed . Their arrogance to play lightly and our show off of power of cricket paved way to such a genteel !It was a comedy theatre with spectators and players doing either jobs or both !Then opposite teams played their due .
Some body won , but who cared ? Each enjoyed making others happy! Then came the real time that is actual :). We all seated on the green grass began with interviews of who is who of the class. Leg pulling was in the air , and we enjoyed this chain pulling . When people of same rapport , and simple friendship meet , we know that there is always comfort life long !
Aren't we friends forever ?
